Increasing Your Body’s Potential
If you’ve had an injury or have a job that’s tough on your body, this program may be ideal for you. You’ll work one-on-one with a strength coach once per week at Proactive Pain Relief & Wellness. This full-body session is safe, effective and is even done by our patients who are in their 60s, 70s and 80s.
Once you’ve recovered, you can continue if you choose to. Many people are impressed by the strength they’ve gained and their overall well-being is boosted. Very little time is invested, taking just about 15 minutes. You can stop in after work or fit it conveniently into your daily schedule.
